It's my pleasure to share with you one of my most prized possessions. That is, my Bellicon rebounder. In my experience, it's the best one by far. There's also a lot of conclusive scientific research to support that it offers a superior kind of exercise. What I love most about it is that it's fun, easy, compact, lightweight, versatile, complementary, quiet, low-impact, full body aerobic and cardiovascular. I've been consistently bouncing on it for almost a year and am falling upward in love with it more every day. Because I developed sensitive joints from previous injuries, I'm unable to jog or run and quite frankly don't care to, but the Bellicon offers me a unique outlet to express my physical movement and augment my health and fitness lifestyle. It's something I'm willing and able to do.
Recently, I've been traveling on the road for a couple of months and this technology has come in extraordinarily handy while driving long distances. It's a perfect way to pull over at a scenic spot, take a rest and move the body to counteract the fatigue of sitting for extended periods of time. It's also a hilarious way to attract attention from sedentary sleepwalkers.
