Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.
— Bruce Lee

I believe most people would find radical benefits from drinking more (and better) water. People's energy levels are chronically low, and moods are more negative as a result. The story of my relationship with water started to evolve when I was in my early twenties. As I became more involved in developing healthy lifestyle strategies, clean drinking water became a center of concern. I feel closer to understanding these mysteriously profound insights the more I take the living waters inside me. There's a greater reverence for life coursing through my blood, and a feeling of responsibility to let the learned lessons flow freely.
