BE LIKE WATER
I believe most people would find radical benefits from drinking more (and better) water. People's energy levels are chronically low, and moods are more negative as a result. There’s a lot of misinformation and fear about water (spring water in particular), and also the wilderness in general. Don’t sit back and let domestication drag you down. I encourage you to positively construct your relationship with wild spring water.
The story of my relationship with water started to evolve when I was in my early twenties. As I became more involved in developing healthy lifestyle strategies, clean drinking water became a center of concern. Then a few years, later I found myself going to a spring source to fill up with pure living water. This has been the ultimate experience for superior hydration, and I've been fortunate enough to drink from many different fresh spring water sources.
The water element is a potent teacher to me. There are infinite secrets contained within this sacred substance. I feel closer to understanding these mysteriously profound insights the more I take the living waters inside me. There's a greater reverence for life coursing through my blood, and a feeling of responsibility to let the learned lessons flow freely.
Water plays a vital part in this world, and I believe it's a sacred place for us to focus our attention. I urge you to contemplate what your own relationship to water is, and how to structure a lifestyle that creates more space for it to flow in.
